We transferred our inventory to PFS 5 years ago after haveing a very bad experience with with our previous 3PL. Due to food and organic grade nature of our inventory it is crucial to maintain strict procedures. Prime's team has helped us keep up with all regulaory requirements as well as conducting our day-to-day distribution activities. They also lead our cycle counts helping us consolidate our records with theirs.
