We believe in smaller steps to help protect our environment. We also believe we have a long way to go in achieving that goal but without taking the first step we won’t be able to make a meaningful impact. Our commitment in leaving the earth to our children the way we inherited it from our fathers has made us take the following steps:

1. We are a recycling facility. We segregate all our waste prior to having them removed from our facility
2. We have taken our first step towards paperless operation. We acknowledge the long road we have ahead of us to be completely paperless and will depend not only on us but also on our peers to participate. However, in our first step we have replaced paper in most communications between our office and warehouse staff with Scanner Mini Computers and other computer devices. This simple step has resulted in 15% lower paper consumption companywide
3. By 2025 more than 75% of our forklifts will be electric to reduce our carbon footprint
4. All of our trucks are equipped with DEF technology and qualify for California’s Clean Truck Initiative. In and around our facilities we strictly use LNG powered trucks to reduce our carbon foot print

We will continue to find ways to keep our environment clean no matter how small or large they may be.
