With the current level of port congestion at most major ports around the country, finding capacity and equipment to retrieve containers in a timely manner has become a major challenge. To counter this costly obstacle, Prime Freight Services owns and operates its own trucks and chassis and prioritizes its current customers to ensure their containers are retrieved as fast as possible.

Our dispatch desk along with our company drivers operate in 3 shifts 7 days of the week. Whether during peak season or not, harbor transportation requires detailed planning and communication with ocean terminals to avoid common issues that come up during retrieving the containers from the ports or returning them back to the port. Our team relies of years-long experience, close relationship with all terminals and extended network of peers and partners to eliminate potential issues.
